How do you send your packages?

Our main logistic warehouse being based in RPC, parcel is essentially sent via DHL, Colissimo, Chronopost, EMS or still by Mondial Relay. 

Do you deliver all around the world?

Yes completely. 

The deliveries are possible in countries all over the world, these are free from a certain amount of purchase or at small expenses. 

Concerning customs? 

We are not responsible for additional costs of routing when articles are sent. By buying our products, you accept that one or several people parcel can lead(drive) you to freshly personalized potential such as the customs when they arrive in your country.

How long of delivery?

All the commands(orders) are sent within working 48 hours after payment. Deliveries generally 10 days in considered as the expedition(shipping) according to the destination and in exceptional cases + of 60 working days.

Do you supply information of follow-up?

Yes, you will receive an automatic email once the made command(order). This one will contain the information relative to your command(order) as well as your information of follow-up of the parcel. 

My follow-up indicates to me " no available information for the moment ", what it means?

According to the companies, there is a processing time of the different follow-up to post(show) the information of follow-up and update them on the system. It will update directly after the parcel got caught speeding.
