Refund policy & returns

Your satisfaction is our number one concern. The objective being to have a living space where there is real trust, we provide you with guarantees so that you can make sure that you will receive your article punctually and as described.

Any PENAMMER customer is covered by the following warranties:

Full refund if you do not receive your order within the maximum guaranteed time (61 days for USA and 90 days for international).

If your article is VERY different from the product description, you can:

A: return it at your expense and get a full refund,
B: Obtain partial or total reimbursement in the form of equity and retain the product.
C: Receive a new package directly with the correct product.

A full refund is not possible under the following circumstances:

Your order did not arrive because of factors that are in the order of your control (by providing an incorrect delivery address for example).
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of our site (i.e. not authorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, postal strike, etc.).

You can submit claims by sending a message to the Contact section or by using your PayPal account.

To be returned, each product must be new, unpacked and in the strict condition in which it was sent.

The distributors being subject to strict hygiene, will not be taken back any products that have undergone various modifications/ alterations post purchase.

It is also necessary to contact us beforehand before returning a possible product.

Cancellation of order

Any order can be cancelled until it has been sent. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or simply cancelled it, you must contact us before it is shipped.

Once the delivery process has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Interchange

If for some reason you want to exchange your product, (for example a size change). You must first contact us.

Please do not return the/ products without having been authorized.
